Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Creation ALL, we take pride in crafting high-quality products with care and precision. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within: 3 days of delivery

  • Ship the item back within: 7 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue.

Exchanges & Cancellations

At this time, we do not accept exchanges or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Products that have been used, even once

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (such as cutting board conditioner)

  • Products that have been cleaned or washed

  • Items that have been damaged intentionally or accidentally by the buyer

  • Sale or discounted items

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Many of our products are designed for food contact, including cutting boards and kitchen accessories. For this reason, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
