To support our commitment to craftsmanship and quality, all Creation ALL products are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.​

What Does “Limited Warranty” Mean?

A limited warranty means that coverage applies only to certain types of defects and under specific conditions. The following guidelines explain what is and is not covered.

1. Structural or Manufacturing Defects

To qualify for warranty coverage, the issue must materially affect the structural integrity or intended functionality of the product and be the result of a defect in materials or craftsmanship.

Examples may include:

• Severe warping or deformation

• Structural cracking or splitting

• Separation of assembled components

• Adhesive failure affecting structural stability

• Manufacturing defects that prevent normal use

If such a defect occurs during the warranty period, Creation ALL will evaluate the product and determine the appropriate remedy at its sole discretion.

2. Natural Characteristics of Wood

Wood is a natural and organic material, and variations are part of its inherent beauty and uniqueness.

The following natural characteristics are not considered defects:

• Knots

• Natural grain variations

• Color variations between boards

• Minor surface irregularities

• Seasonal wood movement

Because each product is handcrafted from natural wood, no two pieces are identical. These characteristics do not affect the durability or functionality of the product.

3. Normal Wear and Tear

Signs of normal use over time are expected and are not covered under warranty.

​

Examples include:

• Knife marks

• Surface scratches

• Impact dents

• Staining from food or liquids

• Odors resulting from improper cleaning

• Surface wear from normal use

Proper care and maintenance will significantly extend the life and appearance of your product.

​

4. Required Maintenance

Wood products require regular care in order to preserve their durability and appearance.

To maintain warranty eligibility, the product must be maintained according to Création ALL’s care instructions, including:

• Proper cleaning after use

• Periodic application of wood oil or conditioner

• Avoiding prolonged exposure to water

• Avoiding dishwashers

Damage resulting from lack of maintenance or improper care is not covered by this warranty.

5. Environmental Conditions

Wood naturally reacts to environmental conditions.

​

Minor movement of the wood, including expansion, contraction, or slight warping, may occur depending on:

• Ambient humidity

• Temperature

• Seasonal changes

Damage resulting from exposure to extreme environmental conditions, including but not limited to:

• Excessive or insufficient humidity

• Prolonged water exposure

• Placement near heat sources

• Rapid temperature changes

6. Intended Use

Création ALL products are designed for specific uses. Improper or excessive use may damage the product and void the warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use

• Excessive force

• The use of tools or objects that may damage the surface or structure of the product

• Misuse, abuse, or negligence

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, the claim process begins with an evaluation.

Step 1 — Contact Us

Send an email with clear, high-resolution photos of the product showing the issue.

If the condition cannot be adequately evaluated through photos, Creation ALL may request that the product be returned to our workshop for inspection.

Step 2 — Product Evaluation

Once the product is evaluated, Creation ALL will determine whether the issue falls within warranty coverage.

​

Warranty Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Creation ALL will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace the product with the same or comparable product

• Replace the product with another item of equal or greater value

Replacement products may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of wood and handcrafted production.

​

These remedies constitute the sole and exclusive remedies available under this warranty.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

• Shipping to our workshop is the responsibility of the customer.

• Return shipping for approved warranty claims will be covered by Creation ALL.

​

Customers are responsible for properly packaging items to prevent damage during transport.

​

Warranty Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Creation ALL shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, inconvenience, or damage to other property.

• Creation ALL’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply depending on local laws.

Modifications or Unauthorized Repairs

Any modification, alteration, or repair performed by a third party without prior written authorization from Creation ALL will void this warranty.
