• Carriers & Tracking: We ship using most major, trusted carriers selected based on cost and service reliability. All shipments include tracking information. We do not ship orders using Canada Post as part of our standard shipping methods. In rare and exceptional circumstances where no other viable carrier option is available, Canada Post may be used at our sole discretion. In such cases, shipping timelines, tracking availability, and service levels may vary and are outside of our control.

• International Orders: We are not responsible for any international taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by customs or local authorities. Any delays caused by customs processing or shipping carriers are beyond our control and are not the responsibility of our business.

• Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

• PO Boxes & Post Offices: We do not ship to PO boxes or post office locations. Orders submitted with these addresses may be delayed, cancelled, or require an address update before shipment.

• Signature Requirement: A signature upon delivery is not required unless expressly requested by the customer. Additional fees may apply for signature-required deliveries.

• Expedited Shipping: If you require faster or alternative shipping options, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, subject to availability and additional costs.

• Shipping Charges: All shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping costs associated with promotional offers or “free shipping,” where the shipping cost is absorbed by the business and cannot be reimbursed in the event of a return, refusal, or delivery issue.

• Pre-made cutting board with added laser engraving : 1-5 business days. Might be longer depending on the customer approval time for the proof file.

• Custom made cutting board : 4-6 weeks.

• Coasters and door hangers : 3-7 business days. Might be longer depending on the customer approval time for the proof file.
